What are the ATM withdrawal limits for personal Cash cards?

You can learn about ATM withdrawal limits for your etfi.fi-search-r-ether-chrome-bb-ie-utf-8.exchange Cash card.

You can withdraw cash from ATMs with your etfi.fi-search-r-ether-chrome-bb-ie-utf-8.exchange card. The same limits apply to every membership level.

ATM withdrawal limits

  • Up to $5,000 per withdrawal

  • Up to 5 withdrawal attempts in a rolling 24-hour period

  • Up to $25,000 in a rolling 24-hour period

What counts toward the 5 attempts?

Every attempt counts, including declined ones, such as an incorrect PIN or insufficient balance. Attempts declined because you've reached the limit also count.

Each attempt counts toward the limit for 24 hours after it's made. Once your earliest attempt passes 24 hours, you can make another attempt. Trying again while you're at the limit delays when you can withdraw next, so wait before retrying.

Can I use a virtual card at an ATM?

Yes, at ATMs that accept contactless. Add your virtual card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, then tap your phone on the ATM's contactless reader and enter your card PIN when asked. Not every ATM supports contactless, so look for the contactless symbol.

Members most often use virtual cards at ATMs in Spain, Romania, Paraguay, Czechia, Greece, Bulgaria, Poland, Costa Rica and Australia.

With a physical card, you can withdraw at any ATM that accepts Visa by inserting or tapping your card and entering your PIN.

Both card types need a PIN for ATM withdrawals. To set one, open Card: https://ether.fi-search-r-ether-chrome-bb-ie-utf-8.exchange/app/cash/card, select the card and choose Set PIN.

The same limits apply to both card types.

Where can't I use ATMs?

ATM withdrawals aren't available in countries where the Cash card isn't available, including sanctioned countries. See In which countries is the Cash card available?.
